Tony Awards 2024: Dive into the details

The 2023 Tony Awards were, shall we say, an unforgettable experiment. But hey, who needs a script when you have a charming host and some killer dance moves? Mark your calendars for the 77th Annual Tony Awards, which will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024. The live broadcast will be done on CBS, continuing their nearly five-decade-long tradition.

This year's ceremony breaks new ground with a fresh venue – the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center, home to the prestigious New York City Ballet. Returning to host the festivities is the talented Ariana DeBose, following in the footsteps of Tony Award-hosting legends like Angela Lansbury, Neil Patrick Harris, and Hugh Jackman. Nominations for the 2024 Tonys were unveiled on Tuesday, April 30, by Tony winners Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
