Having visited Pompeii a few days before we decided to do without a guide this time and just explore Herculaneum ourselves. It was so much more peaceful than Pompeii and the completeness of the buildings is amazing. You can really see what a beautiful place it would have been to live. We really enjoyed our visit here. Prebooking the ticket meant we just strolled straight in, which was great.

Wahat a great site to visit Was an experience to visit this historical site Easy to obtain vouchers from the office which you then had to stand in a queue and await the vouchers to be exchanged for tickets Audio guides were ok worked intermittent Overall expense was good !!

The tickets arrived by watts app the day before and were easily scanned by the ticket people at the gate. Can't fault the ticket team but I would add that there is only one toilet on whole of volcano in the first ship before you go up so please use bathroom before arriving! It's a steep climb wear proper shoes, have warm clothes and takes 30-50 minutes to climb up

La guide Antonietta a été très agréable à écouter. Son sourire et ses explications ont contribué à nous faire passer un excellent moment pendant 2h. Elle nous a également donné les clefs importantes pour continuer la visite tous seuls. Quant au site, il est juste EXCEPTIONNEL !!! Très satisfaits de notre expérience.

We have fantastic time visiting all the places organising everything online was easy and no problem great to be picked up and dropped back to city the attractions were amazing also the scenery and weather which helped the experience too 👍100%

Well organised - got a message before with google maps co ordinates and queue skip! Well worth the visit and well done by the company!

The driving was perfect. The guiding was fun and everything perfect apart from that the guide went forward at one time with only half of the group. Luckily it was possible to call one of those who left with her to find out where to go! What we didn't like is that the tour was advertised to start with a pick up at 7:30 but didn't start until 55 minutes later. We only got to know that the tour was to start at 8:30 when another group was picked up from the same company around 8:10. After waiting 40 minutes.
