The easiest route between the airport and city centre, stops right outside Napoli Garibaldi station. Queues can be long but buses are every 10-15 minutes and journey time is similar. Buses are usually very crowded. Having your ticket in advance definitely helps.

The bus service from Alibus to the airport was fast and affordable. Great service. After booking, we were notified the location was in front of the Maratime carpark down by the port, which wasn't a problem but had we known the bus also stopped at the train station that would have suited ourselves a lot more but all in all great service. It was so easy to purchase my ticket online. Since I purchased it in advance I did not have to wait in the long line and got onto the bus right away. Others had to wait since they waited to purchase ticket on the bus.

Boarding the bus was extremely slowed by the ticket purchase onboard; the possibility to get the ticket online in 5 mins while in the queue was handy! Next time I'll know where to buy it in advance.

Bought tickets for Alibus online before journeying to Naples. the only comment I have is that the bus location at Garibaldi terminal was difficult to find. Other than that the experience was fine.

Everything is very well signposted. As soon as you leave the airport, you’ll see signs for Alibus; just scan the code from the tickets you bought on Headout right on the bus, and you’re all set. It only stops at Piazza Garibaldi and the port. Honestly, with all the traffic chaos in Naples, this service is a real lifesaver.
