I really liked the organization, the online reservation skip the line was very useful, especially the time slot that gave a choice from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Very impressive, a parallel world to be discovered. A huge thank you to the guide on my shift, John, very professional, very nice and thorough in answering our questions, even encouraging us to enter the narrow tunnels to admire the most beautiful part.
