Everything is really well organized; the staff will meet you at the Pompeii train station and explain everything clearly. We loved our tour, which went off without a hitch. I highly recommend it.

Despite ticket issues with the local partner, it was resolved fairly quickly and my time extended. The live chat was easy and quick and made resolving this issue very easy in a stressful situation. The views on the volcano itself are unlike anything see before, little shops and cafes at points on the way. Bring your best walking shoes but a must do.

A reception desk staffed by people who speak our language and very well-organized guides. In conclusion, our visit to Vesuvius will remain an unforgettable experience.
