Headout ticketing does an excellent job following up on ticket sales! Everything went very smoothly and correctly. Also getting a Pompeii Guide book in our language is really a plus. If I could make one comment: it would be an added value if there were a link to the online guidebook when booking so that it could be consulted in advance. Because of time constraints it is not possible to read the entire guidebook on the spot.

The fact that your office was 100 meters from the entrance, and your staff were so friendly and efficient. I think you should have mentioned though, that the staion is less than a 10 minute walk to your office. It would save a lot of hassle!

The ticket pick up location was easy to find. We got the audio guide, guide book and map. We went in at opening, 9am, and it was perfect. We stayed around 3hrs and after the girls at the pick up location were able to recommend somewhere to eat. Strongly recommend this.
