The logistics of getting there, entering the site, and returning went off without a hitch. The estimated three-hour timeframe from departure to return was also spot on. With about 60 minutes, we had plenty of time to walk the entire path along the crater, take a close look at everything, and enjoy the magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples. One particularly positive aspect was that although our booked tour was canceled due to strong winds, rescheduling it for four days later was no problem at all. The team was very friendly and helpful.👍 So, highly recommended overall!

Everything ran smoothly from booking to the trip itself. The Pompeii office was easy to find using the supplied directions but is about a 15 minute walk from Pompeii Scavi train station. The office had a comfortable waiting area should the weather be unkind. The bus was clean and tidy and the transfers to Vesuvio were straightforward. We had 90 minutes free to explore the crater path which was enough, though another 15 minutes would have been nice.

very friendly helpful staff Views were stunning and transfer from office to site was easy negative - Audio guide wouldnt work ourselves and the staff were unable to get it started (waste of money)

The transfer went smoothly. The total time allotted for boarding, disembarking, and sightseeing—80 minutes—was very tight; it would be better to extend it to 120 minutes. Otherwise, everything was fine. On the return trip, the bus driver stopped at the train station upon request.

Seervis and transport was good, but the trip to the mount Vessuvio could be 30 minutes longer, 90 minutes is too short to completly enjoy the vie from mount Vessuvio.
