We totally enjoyed our trip to Herculaneum. Following out trip to pompeii the day before with the guide we went here on our own. The information available whilst walking round is great and we would recommend visiting here. Not as busy as pompeii and some of the building are in far better condition. Great day. Also recommend #A Modo Nostro Bistro for a drink and food near the station.

Easy admission, but I have trouble walking... there is an elevator to go back down, but it's not signposted... luckily, a guide who knew the place accompanied me there... No explanations in French!!! It's a shame!

Easy and fast access. An explosion of history and color on canvas. The park is fabulous! Greenery and shade. I recommend everyone to use Headout!

A fantastic experience! Simple booking, no line at the entrance, and the Sansevero Chapel is spectacular. Unfortunately, I can't add photos of the inside or the entrance because they state not to take photos and that there will be a QR code at the end to view photos and images on the website, though it's not the exact same thing. I highly recommend booking with the audio guide, which guided us on our discovery of this gem! The tour with the audio guide stops lasts about half an hour. Enjoy your visit, everyone!

We really enjoyed our single day in the chaotic, fascinating city of Naples. The undisputed highlight was the National Archaeological Museum, which houses stunning artifacts from Pompeii and Herculaneum alongside ancient Egyptian antiquities like mummies. As for the hop-on, hop-off tour, we didn't give ourselves enough time—you need at least two hours just to complete the loop without getting off.

Our visit to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples was particularly interesting and informative. We had the opportunity to learn more about Naples’ rich history, art, and culture, and to admire numerous artifacts of great value. We especially appreciated that the visit allowed us to learn something new in an enjoyable and engaging way, giving us a better understanding of the historical and cultural significance of this city. It was a truly captivating and enriching experience that made our stay in Naples even more special.

Both tours are interesting, and there is parking available at the main starting and finishing points near the castle. The commentary is helpful but can sometimes be hard to understand.
