Cast and creatives

In Rebecca Frecknall's intimate production, currently playing at the Playhouse Theatre, the roles of Sally Bowles and the Emcee are portrayed by Self Esteem (Rebecca Lucy Taylor) and Jake Shears. The production, which debuted in 2021 with Jessie Buckley and Eddie Redmayne, has been redesigned by Tom Scutt to resemble Berlin's Kit Kat Club. Cara Delevingne and Luke Treadaway will step into the roles next month.

They will join Michael Ahomka-Lindsay as Clifford Bradshaw, Beverley Klein as Fraulein Schneider, and Teddy Kempner as Herr Schultz. The London production of Kander and Ebb's classic Cabaret is scheduled until February 2025. Eddie Redmayne will reprise his role on Broadway starting in April, opposite Gayle Rankin as Sally.
