Great tour! We wanted to buy tickets for the self guided tour for the next day but they were not available online. Then we found this tour and it was absolutely worth the price. The guide Elisa was excellent, spoke fluent English, very slowly so that everyone could follow. We entered through the group entrance which skips the long queue. Elisa told us many interesting stories about the royal family. I would say without a guide, visit to royal palace would be underrated. I highly recommend this tour!

I absolutely loved the experience! Buying the skip-the-line ticket for the guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid made all the difference. Right from the start, I was pleased because the meeting point was super easy to find—no hassle at all. The guide was a standout: very kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. He explained everything in great detail, from the palace’s history to interesting facts about each room and specific objects, which made the visit much more interesting. But what really stood out to me was the banquet hall. It’s simply incredible! Everything remains set up, perfectly arranged, as if at any moment we were about to attend a grand royal dinner. It really feels like we’re the king’s guests of honor. And without a doubt, buying the skip-the-line ticket was worth every penny. When we arrived, there was a huge line of people with regular tickets, and we simply walked in through a side door without waiting at all. It was quick and much more comfortable. Honestly, I highly recommend this type of service. For me, it made all the difference in the experience!

The tour guide was very pleasant but only gave his commentary in Spanish. We relied on the earphones which weren't always in sync with the position of the bus.

I really enjoyed the whole experience—going out onto the field, sitting on the bench, and going into the locker room. The virtual reality part, the interactive part, is really great. The new stadium looks amazing❤️

The opportunity to experience this magnificent stadium will be a memory I'll remember for a long time. There are many fun photo opportunities, including the museum and the stadium itself, as well as the press conference room and locker rooms. Each one of them was a special experience and created lasting memories.

I had quick access, even though there was a long line for tickets. I had an audio guide, which made the visit even more interesting. The palace is grand and impressive.

With only two days to visit Madrid, I tried to optimize my time and costs so I could visit the main attractions. I searched various websites for the best deals, but only on Headout did I find a combo ticket with an additional discount for entry to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. Having this ticket saved us money and allowed us to skip the lines.

Very kind, courteous, and precise in explaining the history of Real Madrid. I enjoyed it very much and it was a wonderful experience.
