We were lucky enough to have Isabel has our guide. She was well informed in historical facts and still knew of interesting anecdotes and fun facts. She's a great storyteller and love talking about Spain. She didn't shy away from the pain caused by the colonialisation and yet still painted a beautiful picture of the everyday lives of Spaniard.

Highly recommended! The experience was excellent from start to finish. The building is absolutely stunning, and our guide, Federico, made the tour even more enjoyable with his knowledge, enthusiasm, and engaging explanations. Another big advantage was that we didn’t have to wait at all, even though there were huge crowds. It was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Madrid!

We had a great visit to the Royal Palace of Madrid using the guided tour with skip the line tickets. Meeting point was a few minutes walk from the tower, but the guide used this time to give some history of the Palace. Guide was good and kept a good pace, nothing felt rushed and we had chance to see everything.

Lei was a great tour guide, she explained to us perfectly and yet simply about the palace and she communicated the history effectively. Also, she handled a tough day with an unusually big amount of tourists well. Also, the use of earbuds for us to listen well was very smart. Overall a great experience.
