The Madrid Zoo Aquarium really blew us away: the facilities are immaculate, the animals seem well cared for, and there’s a wide variety of species. What we liked best was the aquarium and the shows, especially the dolphin show, which was thrilling and very entertaining. Plus, the staff was friendly the whole time, and there were plenty of areas to rest and eat. We spent a full day filled with special moments and beautiful photos. To be honest, we were really excited to visit the zoo with the family, but the staff wasn't friendly at all. After paying a fortune for the tickets, they keep milking you for every little thing you buy—food, drinks, and so on—and the facilities and animals were very neglected. We didn't have a good time; it was an unpleasant experience. Even our little girl noticed, and since she has a school field trip there next month, she's said she doesn't want to go back.
