Plenty of sunshine, commentary and explanations during the cruise, friendly staff, and the boat wasn't too crowded. In other words, pure relaxation.

This was an amazing tour, the Palace and the gardens were spectacular. But what really made this tour so special was our guide Lisa. She was a wealth of information and presented everything in such a way that was very memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family.

The tour was very entertaining and informative. Our guide, Loreley, was wonderful and shared the history of the Spanish Riding School with us in a humorous way. She answered every single question, and my daughter and I learned a lot about the Lipizzaner horses.

We were there with our 4-year-old grandchildren, and the main attraction was, of course, the giant skeleton of the long-necked dinosaur... but they also marveled at the other stuffed animals. Personally, I need to go back to the museum soon so I can take my time exploring the huge, absolutely amazing mineral exhibition!

It was a wonderful evening; the facilities and organization were impeccable. The service and hospitality were excellent as well. Unfortunately, it’s so touristy that many people don’t follow the rules about not filming or taking photos, which ends up being a bit of a nuisance.

We spent three days in Vienna, and the Vienna Pass was a great choice! It made it so easy to use the hop-on, hop-off buses, which run every 20 minutes from strategically located stops. Admission to almost all attractions is included in the Vienna Pass. St. Stephen’s Cathedral isn’t included, but it was so crowded that we only toured the cathedral’s ship, without a guided tour of the catacombs...etc... Thanks to the Vienna Pass, we got in very quickly at every attraction. Over the three days, we each saved around 90 euros. It was definitely worth it.

I really appreciated the Eurail pass, which makes me feel like I can travel by train across European borders at a reasonable price! However, I find it difficult to reserve seats on high-speed trains. The service should be more flexible.
