A very interesting tour; the guide was extremely knowledgeable and excellent. Throughout the tour, the explanations were very detailed, and the guide did a great job both in organizing the tour—managing the timing at each site we visited—and in providing the explanations—which were very interesting—of what we saw. Thank you very much; everything went smoothly. The tour was interesting, though in hindsight I think an audio guide at the Sisi Museum is actually sufficient. That way, you’d have time to enjoy the exhibits for as long as you’d like.

Great exhibition, information presented well, wonderful atmosphere, absurd fearmongering about the Sisi Museum being too cramped, no walking aids (e.g., portable/folding stools), no lockers for suitcases (suitcases not allowed in the museum), high price!

The Sisi Museum features narrow, crowded, and loud corridors that may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Additional information

Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time; latecomers will not be admitted or refunded.

Tours are conducted in one language only, as selected during booking.

Headsets are provided for clear listening when the group size reaches 18 or more participants (maximum group size: 25).

The Sisi Museum will undergo renovations in 2025, and access to certain rooms and exhibitions may be restricted.

Free entry to the Hofburg courtyards, Heldenplatz, and Burggarten is included.

The gardens are not green or lit in winter; for the best experience, book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer, or autumn.

In case of bad weather (e.g., snow), an alternative route will be offered for guest safety.

From November 8 to December 31, the tour may include a visit to a local Christmas Market instead of the gardens.

Children aged 0–6 join for free; children aged 6–18 receive a reduced price (where applicable).

No hotel pickup or drop-off is included.

Gratuities, personal expenses, and additional activities outside the main tour are not included.
