The tour was organized perfectly. We were warmly welcomed and checked in at the panorama train, and the panoramic tour was lovely and informative. It provided a great overview of the huge park, with the short stop at the Gloriette being the highlight. Afterwards, we were quickly and smoothly guided into Schönbrunn Palace, where we picked up our audio guides and admission tickets. The skip-the-line ticket was more than worth it, as everything went ahead without the slightest wait. The tour with the audio guide was also very informative. The most important information was shared concisely in each room so that you didn't linger too long. As a result, there were never any bottlenecks in any room, and the line of people kept moving forward smoothly. We really enjoyed the tour.

The information provided during the train ride was perfect. Exploring the gardens on your own, you would never learn about these highlights. We are thrilled and have already recommended it to our friends. The palace tour was also very interesting, and being able to set your own pace through the rooms was great!

The ride was pretty good, though now and then the timing between the audio guide and the section of the route didn't match up, or it got cut off/shortened. Fast-track entry was smooth, and the explanations were good and simple.

What to expect

Schönbrunn Palace

Schönbrunn Palace is one of Vienna's key historic residences and the centerpiece of this experience. You visit with pre-booked access that lets you move past the regular ticket lines and go straight to the entry controls at your reserved time.

Features
