Everything went smoothly: booking the tickets was easy, and once we downloaded the app, we were able to make the most of both tours, which allowed us to explore beautiful Vienna from top to bottom. The Big Bus staff we encountered, both on board and at the stops, were friendly and professional—especially Alì, whom I had the chance to chat with at the Votive Church stop. The only downside was the unbearable heat on the upper deck of the buses. I would still recommend the experience to everyone, though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our trip in Vienna and really appreciated the fact that we could add on the cruise for a discounted amount. The free hot dogs were an extra bonus! I would highly recommend BIG BUS- there are others are they are not the same or as friendly!

Very informative and a good selection of stops. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to see everything. One minor downside: the buses only run until shortly after 5:00 p.m., so we had to find another way to get back to the starting point.
