My wife and I purchased our Vienna transport tickets through Headout. A significant delay with the tickets being issued meant I had to buy a regular ticket to get our first journey from the Central Station to our accommodation. That was disappointing. Headout acknowledged the error and escalated the problem. I'm not sure what else they could have done but there was no tendency to compensate, only to apologise. We did get a discounted entry (both saved €1 when we visited the The Kunsthistorisches Museum.

비엔나 시티 카드 (VCC)는 "7일" 교통패스에 "3일"간의 할인 바우처를 제공합니다. 한국인들 제발 부끄러워 말고 VCC 적용되는지 꼭 물어보세요. Hamtil & Söhne 같은 샵에서도 적용 됩니다. 저는 오페라하우스 밑에 있는 샵 갔는데 이쁜것도 많고, 무려 20프로 할인받음. (2026년 6월 기준, 7월부터 뭐가 바뀐다고 하긴 했어요) 이것 뿐 아니라 각종 입장권도 10-20 퍼 할인 되니까 꼭 물어보세요. 물론 이거보다 윗줄인 비엔나 패스도 있긴하지만, 저희처럼 조금 여유를 가지고 모든 관광지를 가지는 않을거라면 적힙합니다.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Stadt Wien sehr genossen. Die Stadtrundfahrten mit Hop on Hop off waren sehr informativ. Auch die Führung durch Schönbrunn und den Stephansdom waren sehr interessant. Und für unsere Enkelkinder war der Prater natürlich das Highlight und die Kutschefahrt durchdieAltstadt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!!

You can buy a Viennacard and get everything in one package. Even the Hop-On Hop-Off bus is included. The whole process at the tourist information office went smoothly. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff member provided us with all the necessary information and advice. Unfortunately, the device at the exit for rating the service wasn’t working, so we weren’t able to leave a review there.
