Visiting Vienna’s Belvedere Palace was simply an extraordinary experience. This magnificent Baroque complex is a true gem: the two palaces, the Upper and Lower Belvedere, are connected by spectacular gardens, impeccably maintained and offering views that look like something out of a painting. Strolling among the fountains, statues, and geometric pathways is a unique experience in itself. Inside, you enter a world of pure art and history: elegant halls, ornate ceilings, and an incredible collection that includes masterpieces like Klimt’s The Kiss. Every room tells a story and makes you feel part of Vienna’s imperial grandeur. A very special thank you also goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful: he helped me fix a mistake in my reservation (I had the wrong date!) and managed to reschedule it without any issues. A gesture that truly made a difference and made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone passing through Vienna: it’s a must-see!

Upper Belvedere Palace is one of the best places to visit in Vienna, especially if you love art. The palace itself is beautiful, but the real highlight is the incredible collection inside. The museum has other impressive pieces by Klimt, along with works by Egon Schiele, Oskar Kokoschka, and many important Austrian artists. Even if you’re not usually into museums, the mix of world-class art and stunning palace rooms makes it a really special experience. You get to enjoy masterpieces while walking through elegant historic halls, which makes it feel more exciting than a typical gallery. The gardens outside are also worth exploring and give you a nice break after the exhibitions. They’re peaceful and beautiful. Overall, Upper Belvedere Palace is a must-see in Vienna!

I used to be the kind of person who didn’t understand how anyone could get emotional over art. That changed the moment I visited Belvedere Museum. From the start, everything felt effortless. The line moved quickly, the staff were helpful, and the whole experience was smooth. But once I stepped inside, I was completely overwhelmed in the best way. The collection is incredible, with works by Claude Monet, Gustav Klimt, and many others. Standing in front of The Kiss was a moment I didn’t expect. I actually cried. It felt surreal to finally see something I had wanted to experience for so long. If you are visiting Vienna, this place is not optional. It is a must. Easily the best money I have ever spent.

Buying tickets online was very convenient and helpful. The Upper and Lower Castles are two masterpieces you absolutely must not miss! Wonderful rooms and works of art to admire with your eyes and... with your heart. I’m not posting any photos because these are masterpieces meant to be discovered room by room, with a sense of wonder.

Amazing experience! The place is great! In the morning already many visitors, still the queue is managed perfectly. The palace itself is definitely a recommended attraction in Vien! You can find the original paintings of numerous prominent painters there - Klimt, Monet, etc

Being a fan of Gustav Klimdt made this visit at the top of my things to do. The building itself was beautiful and I alleviated the other art displayed. Seeing a Van Gogh close enough to view his actual brushstrokes was equally as exciting as seeing Judith and The Kiss.

It's a beautiful gallery. Inside, you can see not only wonderful works of art but also get a sense of the imperial palaces. It's beautifully preserved, and the on-site displays provide clear explanations. Plus, there's a beautiful view from the top. Highly recommended. Don't miss it if you're visiting Vienna.
