We could never have navigated these busy sites without our expert guide - it was unbelievably busy and hot in high summer but the tour guide did a fantastic job of making it enjoyable and informative. I am a history buff and the guide managed to make some interesting points i hadn't considered about the exhibits whilst keeping us all together and navigating everything. Would definitely book this tour guide and this company again for other things. We're very glad we booked this tour.

I really appreciated the service I received! Everything was very clear from the start. Check-in was quick, and with the tickets we were able to get in without any problems.

We strolled thru the museums and visited the Sistine Chapel last. The artwork in terms of sculptures and tapestries were wonderful as were different artifacts.

Despite our visit being on an exceptionally busy day, our pre-purchased Headout ticket ensured that we were in a line that kept moving. And while the features of St. Peter's Basilica speak volumes on their own, our appreciation of them, their purpose, and their arrangement were enhanced exponentially by the audio guide that came with our Headout experience. We'll certainly visit St. Peter's again, and we'll certainly take advantage of all that the Headout experience has to offer.

Our Italian guide was fantastic; she explained everything to us very carefully and in great detail. It was a long walk, and the atmosphere was wonderful—it really made you feel like you were stepping back into the history of ancient Rome.

Teresa, our guide, planned the tour in a way that made the heat more bearable. So we were able to focus on her explanations.
