It was short and limited but that's what we paid for. The tour guide had to leave us early to lead another group. He was pretty knowledgeable.

The company HEADOUT has a problem in the wording of what it offers. It offers a 1-hour express visit to the Colosseum, without queues. In reality, the operator who performs the service, has organized the tour in another way and this can lead to misunderstandings. In our case we booked for 11:00 am guided tour of one hour and we calculated to finish at 12:00 pm. In fact, after we contacted the local operator, we had to be at the operator's office at 10:45 to watch a video about Rome that was very good, but we did not know that it was included. At the office they gave us the tks to show up at the Colosseum for the guided tour with an official archaeologist of the Colosseum at 12:00 approx. (we had to transport ourselves to the Colosseum) This visit did not start on time so we finished the whole tour after 13:30. This created a setback with another reservation we had. I recommend the whole package, but be careful not to think that it will only take an hour!!!! This issue should be corrected by Headout on the WEB to avoid inconveniences.

The Colosseum is great, but with a guide like Laura it couldn't be a bad experience. I liked it a lot and it is not heavy at all.

In general it turned out well but in the location that they sent me in the mail for the meeting point it appeared in the metro station coliseum but as they are almost at the same height the departures and arrivals there is confusion since most do not know Rome and do not know that, is one up and one down I luckily went down the stairs and there I saw the other station otherwise I would have been left without tour.
