An unexpected visit for me, both architecturally and artistically. A passionate guide who tried to teach us everything he knew in the time available. Exploring the museum in its entirety will keep you busy for a full day.

Truly, it boils down to far too many people are allowed to visit at one time. It made for a chaotic day of rushing from one venue to another with very little chance to enjoy what otherwise would have been an incredible visit. I would not recommend coming to my friends.

The tour guide Maggie was super friendly and funny and led the tour really well. It was exciting and very impressive, but already had a lot of visitors.

The tour was good but rushed. The guide rushed to finish and finished 30 minutes before the end of the tour. The agency charged me the same price for a 6-year-old child as for an adult, even though the entrance ticket was free for her.

Explore the Vatican Museums

Step into the Vatican Museums, where art and history collide in a spectacular display. With galleries that seem to stretch into infinity, you'll be surrounded by treasures from every corner of the globe, spanning centuries. The architecture alone is a jaw-dropper and the religious significance? Let's just say this isn’t your average museum stroll.

Marvel at the murals of the Sistine Chapel

Welcome to the 54th gallery, better known as the Sistine Chapel. This isn’t just any chapel; it's the chapel. Michelangelo’s ceiling might have you spellbound while taking it all in. From the famed Ceiling to The Last Judgment, these frescoes have been blowing minds since 1483.

Enter Christendom's most important temple

St. Peter’s Basilica is a true Renaissance masterpiece, colossal in size, and a top pilgrimage site. But it’s not just the size that’s impressive; it’s packed with masterpieces. Marvel at Michelangelo’s Pieta, pay your respects at St. John Paul II’s tomb and admire Bernini’s Chair of St. Peter.

Your tours explained

Why go with a guide? These attractions are brimming with tales, legends, and myths accumulated over centuries, making them a goldmine for art and history buffs. Whether you’re into a small group experience or need the choice between skip-the-line entry or a guided tour of St. Peter’s Basilica, you’ve got the flexibility to tailor your visit just the way you want it.
