We arrived at the location specified almost a hour before schedule and, at 15 mins before our tour was to begin, I get a call from someone saying to meet them at the office. I denied since 1. We were told to meet at a specific location and 2. I didn't know if it was a scam. Syed met us at the location and after 15 mins past the tour was to start we get picked up by someone else to take us to the guide, who was in line we could have started since we were there an hour before. I kept asking what happened to "skip the line" and she said it was security and needed to make the line. An hour later, we finally made it in the basilica. The details shared were great but again when it was time to do the dome, we had to do the line again. Another hour passed for us to get up. I would not book any trips with this vendor "once upon a time tour" I could have done the entire tour by myself with paying the extra cost

This was NOT guide's fault however your company should give the guide's little flags as other tour group's do. Several of the tour members including myself almost lost our guide because we stopped to take picture and then lost track of the group.
