    Picking up the tickets went smoothly and quickly at the small office. Thanks to the early time slot, it took less than 20 minutes to get into the Colosseum. Next up were the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. No problems there either. I’d recommend setting aside at least 4 hours to explore all three. But of course, you can spend more time if you like. You should have an interest in architecture and ancient history.

    The experience at the Colosseum exceeded expectations. Skipping the lines made a big difference and saved a lot of time.
