The island of Burano is wonderful, full of extraordinarily vivid and brilliant colors and unique spots. The bell tower in the historic center, which leans so far to one side, is truly distinctive.

I was very pleased with the trip—it wasn't long, but it was impressive. Both the guitarist and singer were excellent, featuring the most famous and beautiful Italian songs and arias. The only thing that bothered me was that the musicians and gondolier were in casual clothes, which was a bit lacking in local color. And the trip was essentially 25 minutes long. At 350 euros, they could have done a better job.

Spectacular. We'd never seen a palace this big before. We loved every single room. With your ticket, you need to go to the entrance of line 4 to exchange it for a physical ticket, and then you can go right in.

Super easy service..straight off the flight and after a 10 minute walk I was on the water taxi amd winging my way to Venice. I had a superb day trip to Venice amd returned in the evening again via the water taxi. Pre booking saved me a lot of money and I would happily recommend this service to everyone.

It's very peaceful and comfortable; the gondoliers speak a little Spanish, which is great, and they're happy to answer any questions you have about the history—they're very friendly. The woman at the ticket booth also speaks Spanish; she's very friendly and gives clear instructions. Overall, the service is excellent.

Quick and easy! Simply excellent. Using the code provided after booking, I went to a ticket machine in front of the Venezia S. Lucia station, entered the code, and that was it! In seconds, I had the tickets in my hand. I used them all day to travel back and forth to the islands without any problems. 100% recommended!

The guide Alessia spoke very clear English and what she told us was very interesting. It was easy to find the group at the beginning and we were informed in time of all the necessary changes. The basilica is unique and beautiful... you have to see it! The cathedral too... It contains many masterpieces by famous Venetian artists...
