The experience itself was great. However, I can't understand why you have to buy another ticket even though you've already bought one online. It was great that you could travel all the way around Venice.

Only flaw boat from Burano we were told on the way out that it was every 20 minutes but then it was not cisi and to not miss train we had to take cab Otherwise ok except little friendliness of some operators

It was really easy to buy the 3 day pass online, then print out the tickets at the actv station. The 3 day pass was the cheapest best option allowing full flexibility while touring Venice. The vaporetto is the best way to explore Venice and the vaporetto tickets are easy to work out and use with the least amount of hassle

Seamless activation

Firstly, print your confirmation voucher that you will recieve right after your purchase is approved. The voucher comes with a unique PNR code, which must be displayed when requested.
You can collect your pass by with the PNR code at any of the ACTV automatic ticket machines or at one of the Points of Sale and Collection spots.
The pass is valid for the number of days you selected and starts from the moment they are validated.
You can use your pass anytime within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Know before you go

Additional information

Included in the price of the ticket is the transport of 1 luggage piece, the three dimensions of which must not exceed the sum of 150cm.
Be prepared for some delays, especially during busy peak hours and high seasons.

How to Use Your Tickets

You will receive an ACTV Public Transport Services Voucher via email. Exchange this at the Venezia Unica ticket office at Piazzale Roma and redeem a paper ticket with your voucher. You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.
