    I was very pleased with the trip—it wasn't long, but it was impressive. Both the guitarist and singer were excellent, featuring the most famous and beautiful Italian songs and arias. The only thing that bothered me was that the musicians and gondolier were in casual clothes, which was a bit lacking in local color. And the trip was essentially 25 minutes long. At 350 euros, they could have done a better job.

    It's very peaceful and comfortable; the gondoliers speak a little Spanish, which is great, and they're happy to answer any questions you have about the history—they're very friendly. The woman at the ticket booth also speaks Spanish; she's very friendly and gives clear instructions. Overall, the service is excellent.

    Well-kept and welcoming environment. Extensive exhibition and very helpful staff. Pleasant visit to the outdoor garden as well.

    It was rainy on October 30, so the number of visitors was not so high. With the pre-booking we got in quickly. The Italian guide spoke very good German. The explanations and descriptions were very interesting and impressive. I would book again and again.
