It was great. The tour guide gave us explanations in Spanish until we reached the gondola, even though this part was only supposed to be in English. The gondola ride was lovely; I recommend the hours around sunset. We had no problem sitting together at all, despite the warning noted in the booking.

It was great! A must-do experience if you're in Venice. At the tourist office, they also showed us what the city used to look like using virtual reality, plus a short city tour to the gondola.

The gondola part was great, but unfortunately the experience of being told quite rudely by staff that 'we were in the wrong area and tour' when we were actually correct was unnerving. Finally a different staff member came and found us and brought us back to the same area (and the girl didn't apologize). Besides that, our gondola trip was really pleasant.

Great gondola ride including an unexpected VR presentation and a short guided tour of Venice. The gondola ride was short, but it was truly special to see areas of the city that are only accessible by boat. Even though it's touristy, experiencing this is definitely recommended!
