Our Guide Elizabeth was very nice. Audio equipment can be improved as it was difficult to hear through the device as the noise from the boat interfered a lot. I am sure something can be done about it. Otherwise the trip was nice and punctual. One more thing the link at the beginning shows a different place. A different square is marked on it.

The glass blowing was very interesting and enjoyable, .we loved Burano,the story of the brightly coloured houses. Thankyou, in my next visit , I will use this company. Alilaguna staff were really helpful and informative. The tour itself was great, the glass blowing demonstration was spectacular. The 3 islands we visited were beautiful. Another time we would opt for a tour to stay a little longer on the islands. The only problem was that the Headout company gave us the wrong start time for the tour. We started from StLucia Railway Station and the tour started half an hour earlier so we missed our boat. Tha Alilaguna staff were great and rebooked everything. The other problem was locating the Alilaguna staff, again Headout gave poor directions. The tour staff are located inside the tourist information office, not near it. We wasted a lot of time looking for a separate office. However, the price of tour was excellent..really good value for money

The tour was nice, even if it’s a classic one for mass tourism. As soon as we arrived, we went to watch the glassblowing demonstration, and the guy giving the explanation was friendly and excellent at explaining things in multiple languages. The guide during the tour was helpful and thorough in her explanations. She was excellent. I’m disappointed with how the booking was handled. We had booked well in advance to visit two islands after spending quite some time figuring out the differences between the tours, and we chose two islands instead of three so we’d have more time on each one. When we got to the ticket office, they redirected us to the three-island tour, claiming it was due to overbooking or their internal issues. They brushed us off, telling us to file a complaint, and then said, “Now you’ll take the tour we say, even though you’re half an hour early.” Only because I stood my ground and insisted so much did the girl finally call the boat attendant and guarantee us spots on the tour we’d booked. What’s absurd is that the boat wasn’t even full—I counted many empty seats—so I still don’t understand why this poor service happened...
