Thanks to Headout, I was able to visit St. Mark's without lines and with a very knowledgeable, clear, and helpful guide. Everything was perfectly organized, and the tour lasted just the right amount of time to take in all the information without losing focus. An experience I would definitely do again and highly recommend.

It was very interesting, but we had issues with the tickets not showing up in the app. In the Italian version of the guide, a female and a male voice alternated for no specific reason. The commentary on the various styles, etc., was not always clear.

The tour and the information provided were very good. Lots of info. However, interior repairs were underway and sometimes the noise was a bit too loud. Lots of history and details about the frescoes. On the plus side, you gain a much better understanding of the schism between the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Constantinople. The interior lighting (for us around 11:00 AM) was limited. A tour better done later in the afternoon regarding the position of the sun??

It was very organized into smaller groups and thE piazza was very crowded , so it was a smooth trasition on a very chaotic plaza. The headsets weren't the best for clarity so bring your own, and the docent spoke too fast for me to understand much of what was spoken. This one hour is rushed, as are all those tours becuz so many want to see it. I'd read up first on this then go alone to spend more time there.

Positive experience. The meeting time and schedule were respected. The guide (Chiara) was good and thorough. The only downside was the language of the tour, though that might have been my mistake. And there was no audio guide available, only the classic receiver headset.

Easy to find the group, the tour guide was lovely and engaged with the group well. The tour of the basilica was brief (20mins). We didn't go up to the second level for some reason and stayed on the main level only. Would have been nice if the guide allowed little pauses between areas to just take photographs as it can be hard to get good pictures while also listening and being respectful to the guide giving us information. The second part of the ticket to the doges palace is self guided and was nice to do at our own pace. Don't skip the palace, it's stunning. They have free audio guides available for download, download the app beforehand (MUVE app). They have lists on the app you can download so that you don't have to do it at the locations. Very handy.

Organisation neds improvement. Voucher for 9:30 leads us to one place, then it happens that we have to go to another one because meeting point was changed, and finally we were told that we missed the time slot! Slot recheduled . Attempt to visit Doge's palace and it happens that it is possible to do it only after 12:00PM! We had to change our plans on the run. Apart that these two sites are a "must visit" in Veenice.

We really enjoyed our visit to St. Mark’s Basilica. The church was absolutely beautiful, and our guide was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. Doge’s Palace was also stunning and fascinating to explore. We especially enjoyed that the ticket included access to the additional museums, which were very interesting and added even more to the experience. Highly recommended!
