Hello, The driver of taxi no. 178 was fantastic and very friendly, not to mention completely professional. It’s him I’m giving these 5 stars to—and even more, if possible. On the other hand, the organizing company’s logistics leave a lot to be desired!! At the meeting point, scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on April 29 at the Splendid Starhôtels in Venice, NOTHING!!!!! The hotel staff member, who was in charge of "public relations" at the time—and whom we also thank with 5 stars or more—had to call the company several times to finally get the taxi’s arrival time. At 10:00 a.m., the TAXI finally arrived. The stress also subsided, since the driver took care of everything. ABOVE ALL, therefore, THANK YOU to the Splendid Starhôtels in Venice. This was great, the only way to arrive in Venice. It does feel special. Really easy to find, the people at the desk were helpful and the dock is a 10 minutes walk through arrivals. Definitely recommend.
