We loved learning about the history of different parts of the Yarra,it was very informative.Loved our female skipper,she was amazing to watch how she manoeuvred the boat into various places and we loved her commentary,she was witty !!!

Was nice scenery. Not cramped at all. Just wished the commentary was there like it was meant to be. Would have been good to have been told something.

I loved everything about the experience. So much so that I went back the 3 nights I was there. The staff were so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I did a guided tour the first night and learnt so much, second night I did the underground viewing which was also great and the third night i upgraded my seating to penguin plus which was fantastic. The restaurant was also great I had the best fish n chips I've had in a long time. The only thing that needs better monitoring is the use of phone photography and video as I saw soooo many people taking photos and videos after sunset when it's not allowed.

The drinks are well-made, and the novelty of sipping cocktails in a -10°C environment is pretty exciting. The staff is friendly and ensures you have a good time. However, one downside is that they don’t allow guests to take videos inside the bar, which was a bit disappointing. You can take photos, but if you were hoping to capture the experience on video, that’s not an option. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit at least once, especially with friends or for a unique date night. Just be prepared for the no-video policy and enjoy the icy vibes!

It was very easy to book. Everyone was friendly and loved the orange cake slice which was offered end of the cruise journey.
