Fabulous evening out, with pre Cartier Exhibition champagne, followed of course by the beautiful Cartier jewels. We enjoyed a light dinner and some wine after the exhibition, while enjoying a performance by the Victorian Opera. The NGV has fabulous appeal and we will certainly return on Friday evenings to enjoy the experience.

The exhibition looked amazing , unfortunately when there are too many people and 4 people thick in front of the first 3/4 or the exhibition , hot and stuffy too many finger prints on the glass made it hard to even take pictures . My fault for leaving it to the last 2 days before I went . Last room was my absolute favourite and the reason this is 4 stars , a lot more space and as the tiaras were displayed in 360 degree glass ,ment more people could see them at one time .

The exhibition was stunning and it was helpful to be able to read the information about the history behind the pieces. The music and food availability made g e evening just that bit more special. It was very disappointing that the program book about the exhibition had sold out with no prospect of ordering more. I would have thought with an exhibition such as this better planning would have been involved just so this type of situation would. If occur. The organisers would have k nown ticket sales and ensured a plentiful supply.

I don't think I have ever soon do much bling in one place , the history of Cartier was fascinating and seeing the creation of a classic Cartier Leopard from conception to creation and final was just awesome inspiring
