I made a mistake not downloading my ticket through head out before leaving home. When I needed to access the actual ticket I did not have my apple password for apple store to download headout app. The lady who assisted me at Southern Cross Station at 0600 approx Monday 30 September 24, heading to Tullamarine was very kind and helped me get to the airport on time. I wish to thank her very much for her trouble as I would have missed my flight without her help. Will definitely recommend Skybus to my friends and family. Cheers Chris:)

I thought the old format of outgoing and return ticket on the same form or scan was a lot simpler and less waste and time than the present system. The newer system seems to have over complicated things
