The tour had a half hour break in the middle that wasn't clearly mentioned before which then put other commitments out as extra time hadn't been allocated. Accidents bought extra ticket but unable to do anything about it as you had to call the company.

Weather was amazing and the commentary was top notch. Very informative and interesting. A nice relaxing afternoon with refreshments provided. The crew were particularly helpful to people with extra needs getting on and off board.

The captain was great; friendly and very competent. The tour down stream was fabulous. Lots to see! The trip upstream was ok but not really worth the time or money.

Despite the reconstruction work taking place at the time I found that access to most of what I wanted to see and experience was retained. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would venture one suggestion : keep the different age sectors in mind when booking tickers, not everyone is tech savvy.

Oh this was so easy to book online. We spent a few hours here and could have stayed for the day but we had a flight to catch. The whole experience was special and those penguins!!! Highly recommended and the price was more than reasonable. Just a lot of fun 😊
