This was our first time visiting Melbourne from Broken Hill, and the Melbourne Ultimate Skydeck experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The views from the Skydeck were breathtaking, especially seeing Melbourne from such an incredible height. We also had the opportunity to experience the Voyager Theatre, which was amazing and made the whole visit even more special and memorable. Everything was well organised, exciting, and enjoyable. It was a fantastic experience for our family, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne for the first time. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories of Melbourne! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This experience was wonderful. Don't miss the Voyager Theatre. We have done it twice now with overseas friends and really enjoyed it. Really shows the best of Melbourne. The Edge is breathtaking and the view from the 88th floor was amazing. Try to go on a clear day to get the most out of it. Highly recommend.

We were able to book in for a whole day, e.g no set timeframe, which was really good as we had alot of other things planned in the day and the best time for us was at sunset! Which was beautiful, although the clouds were coming through at the time the views were amazing!!

One of the most convenient and easy way to purchase tickets. Booking system was really easy to navigate through and the prices were exceptionally cheaper compared to others. Elevate your experience with some adventure

The Thrill Seeker experience includes the Edge and Voyager Theatre experiences. The latter is a VR experience where you take a seat in one of the 24 award-winning reality ‘pod’ chairs and embark on a 360-cinematic journey through 16 Melbourne experiences. Choose the MAX VR Experience to combine entry to the Skydeck with the Voyager Theatre.

Accessibility

The Edge is easily accessible by wheelchair & children 7 yrs or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional information

Guests 12 years and under must be accompanied by parents or guardians. The recommended age for VR experiences is 8 years.

The Edge is a giant glass box in the shape of a cube that can carry up to 12 passengers at a time.

The 'Edge Master' will oversee your entry into the cube and time spent inside (approximately five minutes).

Please note that booking the Edge experience does not guarantee express entry to the Edge experience. The Edge cannot be booked for a specific time.

The Edge is on a first come first served basis and customers are given an electronic pager to be placed in a virtual queue to await their ride (wait times vary depending on the time of year).

For general Melbourne Skydeck viewing allow up to 45 minutes.

Ultimate Skydeck package allow 2 hours.

VR Experience package allow 1.5 hours.

Edge Experience package allow 1.5 hours.

Bar 88 is located on the Skydeck and offers a range of cocktails, fine wines, coffee or soft drink and a range of gourmet pastries including pies, pasties and sausage rolls are also available.
