Stalls - Any seat in Rows E to Q offers excellent views, however, seats 9-37 offer the best views.
Royal circle - Seats 3-35 in Rows A to L. These seats are quite popular and tend to sell out soon.
Stalls
The stalls section has a total of 945 seats, including accessible seating.
Rows E to Q, located in the centre of the stalls are the theatre's sweet spots, offering perfect views at the right distance, making them premium seats. Given that the show is set in the Savannah, the entire stage is made use of. This means that if you're in the first three rows you do have good views, but you may be a little too close to the stage to see the entire action.
Towards the end, it is best to take seats in rows D to P for the best views of the stage. However, the corner-most seats are not good, and give obstructed views of the musical. Thus, the end seats of rows A to M are referred to as "restricted seats" and are offered at cheaper rates.
Royal circle
The royal circle is the first elevated section of the Lyceum Theatre, with 658 seats. It starts right over Row R of the stalls. The layout is similar to the stalls.
Although the royal circle is not directly in front of the stage, you get a better overview of the whole stage, allowing you to see the full stage set-up with the cast performing in all their glory. While seats 4-24 in Rows A to K offer the best views, the views from Row AA (six seats in total), and end seats of rows A to G are decent.
Grand circle
With 582 seats spread over just thirteen rows, the grand circle is the smallest section of the Lyceum Theatre. Given that the seats are far away from the stage, the views are average at best. The section begins from Row C of the royal circle, with the middle seats from Rows A to F offering the best views out of all.

The stalls obviously have some of the best seats in the house, given their proximity to the stage. The middle seats from Rows D to P offer incredible views of the musical, and the seats in Rows A to C aren't half bad, either.
However, given that the royal circle offers an elevated view of the stage, it can also be said that the section offers some seriously stunning views of the performance. And as it is the first elevated section, the middle seats of Rows A to K offer some of the best views in the house.
Which seats would offer me the best value for money?
While some of the best seats in the house are in the stalls section, they are also heavy on the pocket. For those that want to see this incredible show without burning a hole in their pockets, look to the grand circle. Rows A to F in the grand circle provide a decent view of the stage, and are not expensive. However, if you are willing to shell out a little more, the AA Row and the middle seats of Rows M to P also offer good views.

Had a privilege to watch the musical, Lion King at Lyceum Theatre. Performance was out of this world. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Beautiful theater. But if you are sitting at the back of the theatre, you may have to walk up the long, endless vertigo-inducing staircase. So, be warned. Otherwise, beautiful theatre, incredible production.
