The whole guided trip to "Seville Cathedral and La Giralda" was organized and easy to keep up with from beginning to end. Getting to the location where I will meet the tour guide and other tourists within the group was easy. They began by distributing an ear piece that we wear to be able to hear the tour guide better when he's walking and explaining. Our tour guide began the tour on time and began explaining the history of the two sites we were about to reach from the beginning of the walk all the way until the end of the trip. He explained the most important things within the Seville Cathedral and the La Giralda. It was interactive too as he asked us questions to get our opinions on some facts he said. The only note was that his Spanish accent kind of came through when he's explaining in English and so it was a bit hard to understand what he was saying.

Our guide Carmen was very good ,gentle and prepared.she managed the tour cleverly. Only two problem: the time scheduled was delayed and none inform us by mail; the guide was difficult to identify because she didn't wear any mark of the operator .
