The Alcazar was brilliant and fully lived up to expectation. Ordering the ticket on line was OK but not brilliant. Not particularly friendly but better than the official Alcazar website.

Beautiful this royal palace, it feels like entering another world. We did not queue either because of the time we chose (evening 17:30) or because of the previous purchase of tickets. Excellent service.

The ease of access to the facility, the memos sent to remind us of times and location Beautiful tour of a palace from a thousand and one nights. I found the audio guide lacking, however it belonged to another company, I would have been better off buying the official audio guide on site, but when I made the reservation I found the indication that the guide was not available even for a fee.
