I have just one complaint about the ticket clerk and your office: in my first email, you sent me the wrong tickets—they belonged to two Germans who visited the Pantheon and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore on April 7, 2026—and unfortunately, I had some trouble at the entrance because the staff member hadn’t noticed either; then, in subsequent emails, I received the correct ones

Since the main attractions are in the pedestrian zone, you can't see them from the bus. It's a little disappointing for the price. Still, the various pavilions at the expo are interesting.

Wheelchair users are prohibited from climbing the La Giralda.

People with vertigo, claustrophobia, anaemia, tendency to dizziness, heart problems, and/or respiratory problems are advised not to climb the La Giralda.

Keep in mind that the wheelchairs cannot be larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high. If your wheelchair exceeds these parameters, you can contact the operator to assist you.

Each bus can only accommodate one wheelchair at a time. If a bus already has a wheelchair user on board, you may have to wait for the next one.
