The queue-cutting function is very practical. On the other hand, while we were able to climb to the top of the bell tower, we were disappointed not to have the option of climbing to the top floor of the cathedral. It wasn't mentioned when we bought the ticket that this was a separate option.

Bought skip-the-line tickets for the cathedral, and tower, and it was great! No waiting in line for either. The cathedral is HUGE, with multiple beautiful altars, chapels and niches. The climb to the tower was significant, but great views from the top when you get there!

For you all perfect, the problem is that in less than 90 minutes is difficult to see the Alcazar, because entering at 16.30 and taking you out before 18 is not appreciated the monument so I think they should lengthen the visit time. In the comments it says that the right time don 3 hours, not half that I did not get to this. For the platform all very well

It is terrible that they allow people to take pictures of the monuments when there are so many images on the internet. They should ban photography during the exhibition.

Breathtakingly beautiful, what an experience! Only downside: we had to join a huge queue at the back with online tickets and time slot. Were later put in a separate line after which we were quickly inside.

According to the Alcazar of Seville regulations, each guest must carry their personal ID or original physical document. Online documents, photocopies, or images of your ID will not be accepted by the venue.

What's not allowed

It is prohibited to touch or tarnish any artistic representation, pillars, and works of art.
Guests under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Alcazar of Seville

Keep in mind trolleys, suitcases, sharp metallic tools or objects, drones, selfie sticks, food & beverages, ammunition and prohibited substances are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, tripods, monopods, and any type of commercial photography or filming without express authorization from the Board of Trustees is a no-go inside the venue.
Re-entry is not possible.

Skip the ticket office at Patio de Banderas and head straight to the Online Tickets access at Puerta del León for a quicker entry.
For your safety, security screening is a must. Please be ready for longer wait times during peak season.
If your selected timeslot is unavailable, you will be assigned the next one. Entry is scheduled at 30-minute intervals.
