Nothing Firstly it took much longer than expected to receive my confirmation ( I had to chase for the confirmation 7 hours later rather than being delivered within 30 mins of booking) Secondly the shops did not find my booking to pick up my SIM card and the bar code sent to me did not work I spent over an hour and a half trying to reach live support and checking with the shop In the end I gave up and I still don't have a SIM card

It was easy to locate the store and the moment I showed him the QR code, the representative immediately got to work on getting my sim ready. He explained to me how the plan works and also helped me install the network provider's app to monitor my usage and balance. He went out of the way even to guide me on how to get to my destination and helped me on the process of getting nol card. Overall an awesome experience.

The customer must present their original passport and UAE Visa copy. SIM card can only be issued to a person 18 years of age and above.
Only 1 SIM card can be activated using 1 passport.

During SIM activation, present the original Passport and UAE Visa copy.
Activation requires the presence of passport holder.
