We had a great view from Burj Khalifa. But there was no guide telling anything about it. But worse than that was the fact that the pictures through the glass had all reflections. Even the pictures on the terrace had to be made through glass instead of a fence or similar. Still it was a big experience. The Dubai Aquarium was top experience! Many animals were to be seen. Most of them looked like in a relatively natural habitat. The surroundings were also beautifully made and the employees were helpful and explained several things. At the end we could walk in front of the biggest Aquarium front with hundreds if not thousands of fishes and then even through a glass tunnel. All in all the best in Dubai.

Hello, everything worked great without queuing! Ticket via cell phone also worked very well offline! The only thing we didn't like was the Penguin Cove! There were only two shop windows! We were of the opinion or had understood that we were allowed to enter the penguins. For this we had to pay an extra 25 euros per person. Maybe you should mention it again when selling tickets that this is not included. Many thanks until next time

We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. The tour guide told a good history of Dubai from before oil was found until now, and into the future. He was open to questions, easy to interact either way. I really enjoyed that we could explore on our own, at our own speed vs having a big group following a leader. I found the stops that we did and timing at each stop was perfect. Abu Dahbi is worth the trip and you don't want to try it on your own, do this tour, it was perfect.

I liked how the visit was scheduled so that there was crowd control. Morning time is definitely better. The videos and information on the walls were historically and culturally very informative and interesting. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. The view was awesome and the elevator ride truly amazing. My friend and I were part of innovation and inspiration on this monumental structure.

The visit to the Burj Khalifa was impressive. Even the elevator ride is exciting. The weather was good and the view was excellent. We had tickets for 9:00 am and that was the right decision - no waiting time. Afterwards we visited the Dubai Aquarium (combined ticket). Sharks and rays close enough to touch. 😉

Very nice to see but disappointed that I booked a slot time but still had to wait in a long queue to get a ticket and then queue to get up the lift, took over an hour to just get to the lift so allow lots of time. I know they have a vip service so that would avoid the queues. A nice experience.

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Food and beverages, pets, smoking, toys, and sharp tools are not allowed.

It is strictly prohibited to lean or climb over the railing.

Items displayed on exhibitions must not be touched and/or removed.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

Note: Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
