Great semi private cruise experience - the staff was amazing. So well narated, beautifully curated snacks (assorted nuts, desserts, fruit plate, lemonade and turkish tea). The cruise was over 2 hrs long and i highly recommend this over the large cruise ferries.

Honestly there was no line, very smooth entry on the right side of the building. Be aware that downstairs is not allowed for tourists. Don't confuse the entrance. The security made sure that people didn't block the passages. We came with our baby, on a carrier because strollers are not allowed indeed. So plan ahead. All in all we enjoyed it.

We got in without any trouble using the code we received. We didn't have to stand in the long line, so we saved a lot of time waiting on a very cold day. The tour was also spectacular.

A very beautiful location, centrally situated, with a circle of chairs offering a great view of the dance ceremony. Everyone receives a small bottle of water, and the musicians and dancers are very professional. Highly recommended.

The take off and landing was so smooth you feel like you are on a feather. He told us small history about the places we saw from balloon. The experience was amazing.

As soon as we boarded, we received the few necessary instructions for landing, where the rest of the team was waiting for us to make a toast and take the customary photo with the presentation of the certificate.
