Support staff is not really helpful with answering questions. There's no trash can available for me to throw away my drink cup that I had in hand because it was a HOT day.

The information about where to get tickets and where to start indicated that it would be at a stand in Sultanhamet Square. On the day we booked, the square was closed and there was no stand. It was only afterwards that we realized that the bus didn't stop there and that we could actually get on at any other bus stop

He options offered for the dissatisfaction are way too short and do not include a lot of things. For instance, I have been told the tour lasts for 2.5 hours a roundtrip, but might be a bit longer due to traffic. The trip from Taksim to Naval museum (which is half the tour) lasted for 2.5 hours! Basically the whole trip might have been close to 5 hours. I could not enjoy it due to the timing of the flight 😔

The place where the ticket could be picked up is an illogical place in Istanbul. Logical would be if it were in the port near the ferries

A great way to see some of Istanbuls hilites. Be prepared for long waits in the traffic. The passengers would have benefited from announcements on how long we would be waiting at each stop. That would have given us time to jump off and grab a bottle of water or such.
