Hello! Actually, the website automatically gave itself 5 stars! I would give it 1 star or nothing!! On October 2, I bought 2 tickets in Istanbul to the Basilica Cistern, which cost over €100. The local partner didn't send me the email with the code! As a result, I couldn't get in, messaged support all day, only a bot answered me, and nobody helped! In the end, I concluded that these are scammers and I was simply ripped off for a large amount of money! Be extremely careful! I really regret getting involved with this site.

What a wonderful experience! La Cisterna is truly fantastic, and I recommend it to anyone visiting the city—it has an incredible atmosphere. The Bosphorus cruise was a bit crowded, but it was absolutely worth it because the sunset cruise was nothing short of stunning and offered an amazing view.

Basilica cistern was really cool, underwater cave earthy vibes with water and turquoise and mirrored vibes, and then topkapi palace with endless exploration and history. I also woke up late accidentally but had the flexibility with the audio guides. Great day!

We bought the ticket in the app, which helped us get in faster. However, the person who was supposed to help us at the entrance was not easy to find. After we left, that person was nowhere to be seen. I wonder how others were supposed to get in with a fast-track ticket?

The entrance was very chaotic. At the turnstiles, there was a girl who only spoke Turkish and made us waste a lot of time. Then, once we identified the right person, we managed to get inside. We visited the Basilica Cistern on September 26, 2026. It was wonderful to have the flexibility to choose our visiting time after 9:00 AM. The waiting queue was extremely long, but we managed to exchange our online reservation for paper entrance tickets through a guide standing nearby. While it was a little tricky to spot the guide at first, it was totally worth it—we got to skip the massive line and head right inside. The Basilica Cistern is truly a must-visit when you are in Istanbul!
