The guide was friendly, and even though our departure was at 9:30, he allowed us to join the 9:00 group, which was small, so we made good use of our time since we arrived early for entry. Getting in with the guide was fast and skipped the line, which was complicated. Although I had my doubts at first since there are a lot of scams and inflated prices in Istanbul, this app delivered on what was promised—a rare thing in a city where most people try to take advantage. I recommend it.

I don't normally book guided tours but was so happy I did for this ... Our Tour Guide ( Okan )was fantastic. He spoke very clearly & at a great pace when explaining the history of the Ottoman Empire... We will highly recommend to our Friends who will be arriving here in a couple of weeks

A very well run tour and a nice group size. It's well worth taking as you get straight in and there is so much to see. The Harem is a must. We spent over 3 hours in the palace. Burak, our guide, gave a great history and was knowledgable and friendly and did an excellent job.

Our guide was knowledgeable about the palace and the history, and was clear upfront that the 80-90 min. tour would introduce us to the various areas of the palace but would not guide us through all the exhibits. The palace is an amazing place, not to be missed!

It was nice that the tour began at the Hippodrome, by the Egyptian obelisk, allowing us to be gradually introduced to the story of what it was like—the relationship between the common people and His Majesty. Topkapi Palace is magnificent; a full tour can take over six hours. The guide, Hal, was interesting and full of stories.

Security: You skip the ticket lines but you cannot skip the security check. The security check can take up to 60 minutes during peak seasons.

Children: Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age.

Entry: This attraction cannot be accessed directly by presenting the digital Pass at the museum. You need to enter with the tour guide.

Headset: All participants are required to use a headset during the guided tour, so a valid ID must be provided as a deposit and will be returned once the tour has ended.

Arrival: You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time.
