Paolo was our archeologist guide and gave us a personalised and informative tour of Pompeii. He taught us a lot through different stories and modern day comparisons.

We had the best time in Pompeii with the best tour guide Roxana! She walked us through the whole history of this magnificent place and showed hidden pears of the city. It's amazing to have a taste of the coastal areas of Italy with its rich gastronomy, narrow streets and the marvelous Pompeii with its advanced culture, yet a place like a dream. In addition, having the joyful Heather as the out guide added color and passion to the trip. I feel that I got more than I expected. Fabrizzio our driver is skilled and lovely in character!

The archaeologist that took us on tour of the site was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and very well timed managed. Absolutely recommend going on this tour!

Booking was easy. Even though we had to go 20 minutes to the entrance, it was hard considering that we had little time to be inside. And the tickets nobody told us where they were and we had to walk around a lot to find the place where they were printed. It would have been easier to enter through the upstairs door and show the tickets online. Also we had to wait in the store 20 min more for them to print them. But the experience inside was fine. Too big for just a few hours. But I will come back someday

Highly recommended. You can use both lines with one ticket (A - a historical centre and B - with another city side with an amazing views to city and Volcano).

Staff are very friendly and very well organised. The trip to Mt Vesuvius was easy and once we arrived given two hours to make the trek up and down. This was a good amount of time. The experience is amazing and so worth the effort to get to the top. Just remember to take water and proper shoes
