I really enjoyed visiting the Dubai Underwater Zoo and Penguin Cove. The place is well set up and has so many cool animals to see, like sharks, rays, crocodiles, and lots of colorful fish. Walking through the glass tunnel was awesome and made the experience feel extra exciting. Penguin Cove was my favorite part. The penguins were super cute and fun to watch, especially when they were swimming around and playing. The area looked clean and well cared for, and the staff shared some interesting facts too. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Dubai, especially if you like animals or are visiting with family. The best part is my daughter enjoyed it, and that's what matters.

Visiting The View at The Palm was truly one of the highlights of my Dubai trip. The panoramic view from the top is absolutely breathtaking — seeing the Palm Island, the skyline, and the sea all in one place is unforgettable. Everything was very well organized, from the smooth entry process to the friendly and professional staff. The experience felt premium yet relaxed, and there was plenty of time to enjoy the view and take amazing photos. I highly recommend visiting during sunset for a magical atmosphere. An iconic attraction that is 100% worth it!

I loved the breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai and the Palm Jumeirah, which were truly unforgettable. Seeing the city from such a unique height gave a whole new perspective on its scale and beauty. The experience was very well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt smooth and premium. Despite being a popular attraction, the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, making it the perfect place to take in the views and capture amazing photos. It was an exceptional experience and one of the highlights of my trip.

A visit to The View at The Palm was a truly impressive and unmissable experience during our stay in Dubai. Located on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower, this observatory offers spectacular and unique views of the Palm Jumeirah, the Persian Gulf and the city's unmistakable skyline. The organization is excellent: entry is well managed and the experience begins with an interactive exhibit that tells the story and making of the Palm Jumeirah, making the visit even more interesting. Once you get to the top, the view leaves you speechless: seeing the palm tree from above allows you to perfectly appreciate its shape and the grandeur of the design. The best time is definitely at sunset, when the colors of the sky reflect on the sea and islands, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The spaces are spacious and well-maintained, also ideal for taking memorable photos. I highly recommend this experience for those visiting Dubai, either for the first time or for those who want to see the city from a different perspective. The View at The Palm represents a perfect blend of excitement, architecture, and scenic beauty.

The aquarium experience was great however my inclusions were not met especially the glass boat ride. I was told my silver pass did not qualify me to though it was stated in my inclusions. Most food vendors said they were not accepting the AED 20 food voucher and the aquarium staff could not direct to any particular food vendors who accepted one...I was very disappointed about these services. The penguin cove too was simply a view and nothing else. Please do a better service with your inclusions-have a headout staff out there to assist every step of the way

The View at The Palm

Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.
