Booking was smooth.Everything went well.i really enjoyed my trip to the view palm Jumeirah That was really a wonderful experience.i explore so many things they are providing excellent customer services .All the basic facilities are available there. You don't need to worry of taking kids with you. There are some restaurants available and you can get food to eat if your kids get hungry. I would highly recommend this place

Visiting the Burj Khalifa in Dubai was the highlight of my trip. I booked the “At the Top, Level 124+125” ticket for sunset and it was perfect timing. The elevator ride alone is an experience – you shoot up 124 floors in under a minute with a cool light show. Then you step out to the observation deck and... wow. The view over Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Fountain, and the desert stretching out is completely unmatched. It was busy, but the space is huge so it never felt cramped. Staff were helpful and the photo spots were well organized. Watching the fountain show from 555m up while the city lights came on gave me chills. Best experience overall Giann Cebu, Philippines

Even though I arrived early, there was a huge line and a long wait to get on the elevator. It took even longer to get back down to the ground floor because only one out of every two elevators was working. Other than that, the view from the top of the Burj Khalifa was beautiful.

Many are calling The Palm Tower ‘the most spectacular palm tree in Dubai’, and for good reason. Built in the heart of the artificially created Palm Jumeirah, this award-winning building project is built in the shape of a palm tree. The tower exudes luxury, with its stunning apartments and of course, the St. Regis Hotel. But it also boasts remarkable views of Palm Jumeirah from its observation deck on the 52nd floor. For the avid swimmers, the infinity pool on the 50th floor promises quite the experience: 200 meters of sparkling water with striking panoramic views of Dubai. All in all, it is an amalgamation of many individual experiences, making it an ideal visit for just about anyone!

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj Khalifa, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance.

Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days.

Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.
