The place is really eye catching...everything about is amazing.....the cultural part is something that drives you back in the days and relate as well the background of your own country where everything looked to be so simple n natural .

My tickets were booked by my sister and brother in law. However the tickets automation was great. Headout app picked up my ticket and was showing in the App which helped us to enter world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa with out carrying any physical copy.

The view the location was incredible and the access to reach there . the colleagues are all professional it was a goood experience from both end.

The attraction itself was great and I would definitely experience this again. My only criticism and frustration was the staff working there during my time lining up for the queues on the way down. After waiting patiently in the queue for approximtaely 30 minutes, a member of staff opened the barrier in the row behind my wife and I allowing customers queuing behind me to enter the elevators first. Meanwhile my wife and I, and other customers who were contuning to queue had to wait longer until it was our turn to enter the elevator. In short, it was a great experience but there was no system in place for the return trip. If there is a system in place it is most definitely broken.

The view of the other skyscapers was amazing, however to many visitors blocked the windows for extensive posings for insta pictures

Know Before You Go

Important Information

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj Khalifa, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry at the Dubai Frame.

Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2022: 3pm to 6:30pm
Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
