Visiting Levels 124 & 125 at Burj Khalifa was one of the highlights of my trip. Even though I had to wait for a while, it was completely worth it. Strollers and other large items are not allowed inside the venue. They must be checked in at the luggage room near the entrance

Any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry at the Dubai Frame.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter at the Dubai Frame.

At the Dubai Frame, you can skip the ticket line, but still have to wait in the entry and security queues.

Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
