Availing ticket was convenient to begin with. Looking for the location was quite challenging but there were a lot of helps along the way. And lastly, the experience "At The Top" was amazing, we even bought souvenir shirts.

The entrance is not very clearly marked. But it is on the bottom floor. Stays through but worth it. And go to the fontieinen in the evening.

It was very over crowded in the lift up, I was very uncomfortable as a woman with a male stranger pressing up behind me. It was beautiful to watch the sunset and the lights across the city coming on. There was a very long queue to exit at 6:30-7pm. It was very difficult as a tourist to get a taxi to leave Dubai mall with it being a weekend and terrible traffic. The taxi took 30 minutes to exit Dubai mall. The experience at the top was wonderful but the journeys to and from tainted the experience.

the experience is great but the line to go to the top of Burj Khalifa is so long, in my opinion it would be better to have the fast line if possible.

Important Information

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside the Burj Khalifa, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area, located near the entrance. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside. However, any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.
Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry at the Dubai Frame.

Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.
Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.
Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
